One might easily imagine the original Greek Olympians locked in competition similar to our Modern Pentathlon. In that time, perhaps the shooting would have been done with a bow, but the military feel of this event is true to the most fundamental goal of the original Olympic quest – this sport proves every aspect of a warrior’s mettle.
